There’s something about practicing yoga outside that just hits different.
Yoga at the Lake is a laid-back, all-levels community class held right by the water at Lake Shawnee. This class is a step toward something bigger. Every donation for this session goes directly toward our startup fund as we work to open a permanent Compass Healing Arts studio space in Topeka by the end of this summer!
We’ll roll out our mats on the grass, breathe in the fresh air, move our bodies, and take a little time to slow down and reconnect with nature. No studio walls (yet!). Just movement, breath, sunshine, and community growth.
This class is open to all experience levels, whether you’re brand new to yoga or have been practicing for years.— Post-Yoga Hangout: Adventure Cove Group Activity!
The community connection doesn’t have to end when we roll up our mats. After our one-hour yoga class, you’re invited to gather with the group at the Lake Shawnee Adventure Cove! We’ll be renting paddleboards, boats, or kayaks to keep the lake vibes going.
Cost for rental at Adventure Cove: $8/hour per rental (*please note: this is separate and not included in your class donation*)
