Coalition for A Better Topeka

Please join me on July 17 and SUPPORT COMMUNITY CHANGE FOR EVERYONE!

The Coalition for a Better Topeka is a group of local business owners and activists banned together to address the unsheltered, homeless crisis affecting NOTO, District 2 and the city of Topeka at large. The Coalition is demanding accountability, transparency, communication and improvement in services.

YOU ARE INVITED TO SHOW UP AND SUPPORT CHANGE FOR EVERYONE!

A community meeting addressing the growing HOMELESS CRISIS IN TOPEKA is Monday, July 17 at 6pm at Serenditpity, 820 North Kansas Avenue in NOTO. This meeting is for EVERYONE in the community who is concerned about the services available for people without homes in Topeka. It’s obvious there needs to be change. With homeless camps all over the city, we can no longer ignore what is happening. The situation has escalated to a crisis and affects the homeless, businesses, tourism and homeowners. The potential this crisis has to derail the positive growth we have seen over the past ten years in Topeka is imminent.

The Coalition implores the City to address this crisis we are ALL experiencing and demands accountability, transparency, communication and improvement in services from all.

Please join me on Monday, July 17 to learn more and show your support.

P.S. If you believe change should be demanded, consider sharing this invitation will all of your neighbors.
