The NOTOrious case of The Final Friday Frame-Up

The artists and shop owners of Topeka’s beloved arts district, NOTO, are in a furry over the news that beloved art patron, Art Framer (played by special guest Sheriff Herman Jones), announces his decision to sell half of the property in NOTO to an out of town developer names Lois Price. Her nationwide art discount chain store, The Art Hole, threatens to close down the local arts scene with cheap imported and poorly created factory art. But before Art Framer can sign the deal, he drops dead at the ceremony, leaving behind a slew of crazy suspects. Was it Jay Walker, president of the Creative Regional Artists and Painters (C.R.A.P.)? Or was it Lisa Tu-owen, the zany portrait artist with an obsession for framer. Or maybe Al Fresco, the Italian artist with immense passion? Or the lovely seductress and former wife of the deceased, Franny Francesca Frederica Framer? It’s up to Detective Saul Lucien and his assistant Officer Billy Club to find the killer . . . but they’ll need your help in
